🎯 Project Coordination

• Manage pre-construction project schedules

• Coordinate between all pre-construction team members

• Track milestones and deliverables

• Facilitate team meetings and communications

• Resolve conflicts and remove blockers

📅 Timeline Management

• Develop pre-construction project plans

• Monitor progress against milestones

• Identify and mitigate schedule risks

• Adjust plans based on changing conditions

• Report status to leadership

👥 Stakeholder Management

• Interface with Land Acquisition on acquisitions

• Coordinate Architect design schedules

• Align Permit Specialist on approvals
