Each listing should state the actual engagement terms rather than promising a universal reward. ## What a listing includes * organization, project, and accountable owner; * outcome, evidence, skills, schedule, and safety requirements; * employment, contractor, volunteer, or other off-chain terms where applicable; * whether the work may qualify for WORK EQTBLT; * the approved work class and current policy-bound rate or calculation, if applicable; and * the review and contract settlement path. ## Earning boundary No activity earns automatically. Qualifying contribution can issue WORK only after evidence approval, good-standing checks, an authorized recorder or ProjectFlow release, policy validation, and chain confirmation. Training, meetings, referrals, or governance support can qualify only when an approved work policy explicitly includes them. ## Finding and accepting work Members can filter by skill, location, project, evidence type, and availability. Accepting a listing creates no payment or token entitlement beyond its stated approved terms. Material changes require a new agreement or task version rather than a silent edit.
