Purpose: The Site Supervisor is the on-site management authority, overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring work proceeds safely and according to plan. This role is the primary field presence for Built By DAO.

• Schedule trade arrivals

• Manage work interfaces

• Resolve trade conflicts

• Ensure material availability

• Coordinate inspections

🦺 Safety Management

• Enforce safety requirements

• Support Site Safety Officer

• Conduct safety walks

• Address hazards immediately

• Lead safety culture

📝 Documentation

• Maintain daily logs

• Document progress photos

• Track labor and materials

• Report to Construction PM

• Manage RFIs and submittals
