After completing onboarding, you start as a **Seeker** (Level 1A) and progress through 14 ranks:

### 🔧 Common Issues & Solutions

#### Wallet Connection Problems

| Issue                            | Solution                                                                                                |
| -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **"Wallet not detected"**        | Make sure your wallet browser extension is installed and unlocked. Try refreshing the page.             |
| **"Wrong network"**              | Switch to Base network in your wallet. See [Wallet Setup](/guides/wallet-setup.md) for network details. |
| **"Transaction rejected"**       | You may have clicked "Reject" in your wallet. Try the action again and click "Confirm".                 |
| **"Insufficient funds for gas"** | You need a small amount of ETH on Base for transaction fees (\~$0.01).                                  |

#### Account Issues

| Issue                                 | Solution                                                                                     |
| ------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **"Email already in use"**            | You may have started onboarding before. Try logging in instead of signing up.                |
| **"Verification email not received"** | Check spam folder. If not there, click "Resend verification email".                          |
| **"Can't log in"**                    | Use "Forgot password" to reset. If wallet-connected, make sure you're using the same wallet. |

#### Progress Issues

| Issue                   | Solution                                                                      |
| ----------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **"Quiz won't submit"** | Check your internet connection. Refresh and try again—your answers are saved. |
| **"Stuck on a step"**   | Use in-app chat for real-time support. Most issues resolve in minutes.        |
| **"Lost progress"**     | Progress saves automatically. Log back in with the same account to continue.  |

#### Mobile Issues

| Issue                       | Solution                                                                     |
| --------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Wallet app doesn't open** | Make sure Coinbase Wallet or MetaMask mobile app is installed.               |
| **"Connection timeout"**    | Switch between WiFi and mobile data. Some networks block crypto connections. |
| **Page doesn't load**       | Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser.                     |
