# Contributors

## 1. Complete onboarding

Create your account and wallet, complete the applicable agreements and orientation, and wait for approved membership. V2 membership is not live until the fresh rehearsal and separately approved deployment.

## 2. Choose scoped work

Use the opportunity and task pages to find work with a clear owner, outcome, evidence requirement, engagement terms, and settlement path. Do not assume every task or training course earns EQTBLT.

## 3. Submit evidence

Complete the work and submit the required link, file, or attestation. A reviewer may approve it, request changes, or reject it with a reason.

## 4. Confirm settlement

When the task is approved for WORK, the authorized recorder or ProjectFlow release checks good standing, work class, current policy, and available custody. Credits appear only after chain confirmation and index reconciliation. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed payment.

## 5. Build a record

Confirmed WORK activity, accepted outcomes, guild merit, mentorship, and conduct can support later opportunities or rank review. Rank progression is a separate evidence-backed membership action; it is never automatic.
