Built By DAO separates those jobs. ## EQTBLT protects earned ownership EQTBLT is soul-bound and earned. Its two neutral provenance buckets record the source of an issuance: * `WORK` from reviewed, approved contribution; * `RENT` from property-specific Housing Loyalty. Only effective `WORK` provenance enters contributor governance power. Paying rent cannot buy contributor influence. ## BLTBY supports future utility BLTBY is the separate transferable utility-token workstream. Any public launch, liquidity, distribution, and market operations require their own policies and approvals. BLTBY is not bundled with the investor securities offering and does not convert automatically from EQTBLT.
