Certifications that expire (OSHA, First Aid) trigger renewal reminders 30 days before expiration. Renewal programs are shorter and earn reduced EQTBLT.

🔄 Renewal Requirements

🦺 OSHA 10	5 years	4-hour refresher (50 EQTBLT)
🦺 OSHA 30	5 years	8-hour refresher (100 EQTBLT)
🏥 First Aid/CPR	2 years	4-hour recert (50 EQTBLT)
🌿 LEED GA	2 years	Continuing education credits
🏠 BPI	3 years	Continuing education credits

DAO internal certifications do not expire but may require updates when systems change.

❌ Failed Assessments

Attempt	What Happens
1st fail	Review feedback, study weak areas
2nd fail	Retake after 2-week waiting period
3rd fail	Must repeat the training program

No EQTBLT penalty for failed assessments. You keep any EQTBLT earned from the training program itself—the certification bonus is separate.
