The Governance Division is responsible for upholding Built By DAO’s principles of transparency, compliance, and ethical decision-making. This division manages the DAO's governance processes, ensuring that all members have a voice in decision-making through voting systems and that the organization complies with relevant legal standards. It also provides analytical insights to improve governance practices and adapt them to regional needs. The Governance Operations team is at the core of the division, overseeing the execution of governance processes, compliance with policies, and alignment with DAO standards.
Ensures adherence to DAO policies and oversees the smooth execution of governance operations. Coordinates with other teams to ensure that decisions align with organizational goals.
Manages the voting processes, ensuring transparency and accessibility for members. Maintains voting records, coordinates voting schedules, and provides updates on decision outcomes.
Oversees compliance with all applicable legal regulations, ensuring that Built By DAO’s operations meet legal and regulatory requirements. Works closely with legal counsel and regulatory bodies to stay current on laws affecting the organization.

The Governance Analytics team provides data-driven insights into governance trends and voting behavior, ensuring that the organization can adapt and improve its governance practices.
Analyzes governance data, including voting patterns and participation trends, to identify areas for improvement. Provides insights that help shape future governance decisions and policies.

Oversees all legal and compliance matters, ensuring that Built By DAO remains in good standing with regulatory bodies. Advises on risk management and regulatory changes affecting governance.
Leads data analysis efforts to provide actionable insights into governance practices. Works closely with the Governance Analyst to improve decision-making processes.
