Built By DAO's current proof-round strategy centers on a Qualified Opportunity Fund offering for eligible accredited investors. A separate convertible-note lane may be retained for approved non-OZ catalytic or community capital.

## What an investor receives

Neither BLTBY nor EQTBLT is offered, allocated, or delivered through either lane. EQTBLT is earned by members; BLTBY is a separate downstream public-token workstream.

## Proof-round purpose

The modeled $1.75M proof round funds the first physical Foundry hub and the work needed to prove the construction and ownership model. Use-of-funds and return scenarios live in the current Blueprint and financial model; public summaries are illustrative, not guaranteed.

## What must be proven

* the property and project capital stack;
* development cost and cash/non-cash mix;
* sustained project volume and operating economics;
* entity, offering, and fund-flow structure;
* management and execution capacity;
* investor eligibility and complete disclosures.
